FAQ
Please refer to the following for quality assurance of gas tight syringes (tip type syringes).
Durability
Under the condition of using DI water in the room temparature from 20 ℃ to 26 ℃, there should be no leakage from the Teflon tip after sliding 100,000 times. (Sliding distance 1 round trip 60 mm)
Operationg temperature range :15℃~40℃
Please note that the guaranteeed range of slinding resistance is from 20℃ to 26℃
(Due to quality changes due to expansion and contraction of PTFE tips)
①Temperature range:from -10℃ to 50℃
(Deformation of resin parts, deterioration of adhesive, prevention of damage due to thermal expansion of adhesive parts)
When using a syringe that has been stored at a negative temperature, place it to an environment of 15 ° C or higher and then use it several hours later.
②Humidity:from 20% to 90%
③Dust: An environment that is isolated from the dust source and does not allow dust to fall directly
④Ultraviolet rays: Environment that is not directly exposed to ultraviolet rays
Please refer to the following for how to clean the microsyringe and gas tight syringe.

The capacity accuracy certificate is a certificate that proves the capacity accuracy of the ITO Micro Syringe.
There are two types of capacity accuracy certificates: General capacity accuracy certificates and Individual capacity accuracy certificates
The general capacity accuracy certificate is the standard accuracy for manufacturing the ITO microsyringe, and the individual capacity accuracy certificate is the accuracy of each product measured at the manufacturing stage.
When ordering, it can be issued by specifying the product + individual capacity accuracy certificate together.
Even after delivery, the general capacity accuracy certificate can be issued if you let us know the product code number. A sample of each certificate is attached.
It is a document certifying that the inspection equipment used to prove the capacity accuracy of the ITO microsyringa is calibrated according to national standards.
It is a document that combines the individual capacity accuracy certificate and the calibration certificate.
